We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Service is operated in the United States and processes information primarily to run our business operations and provide the Service to our authorized users. Where a specific legal basis is required by applicable law, we rely on our legitimate business interests in operating the Service, the performance of our contractual and employment relationships, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember settings and enable core functionality. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may set limited technical cookies or process IP addresses as necessary to deliver and secure the application. The Service does not use artificial intelligence or automated decision-making to process your personal information. If this changes, we will update this Policy.
The Service does not collect or process payment-card information. If we introduce billing in the future, we will update this Policy to identify the payment processor and applicable practices.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to operate the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with our legal obligations. Work orders, schedules, and related operational records are retained according to our business and recordkeeping needs; automatically collected usage logs are retained for no longer than 24 months. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, and our database provider stores data with encryption at rest.
